CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 11th day
of August , 195 . The following members were present:
Ma or Hilde Councilman Hunt Seibold and 5 aeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-399
ACCEPTING AND ADOPTING SALARY ADMINISTRATION AND PERFORMANCE
REVIEW PROGRAMPREPARED BY STANTON ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the Stanton Associates to conduct a personnel
study which included preparing new position work responsibility writeups,
performance review and salary administration programs, and
WHEREAS, Stanton Associates has prepared and submitted such report to the
Council, and this report has been reviewed;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVES RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Salary Administration and P,:•formance Review Program report dated June,
1975, as prepared by Stanton Associates, and with many modifications approved by
the Council, be and the same is hereby accepted and adopted; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Salary Structures for 1976 contained in such report not
be adopted at this time.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen hunt,
and Spaeth
