CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day
of - August , 1975 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-398
PETITIONING HENNEPIN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
FOR IMPROVEMENT TO COUNTY DITCH #15
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan
dated March, 1973, and
WHEREAS, this plan indicates that a 54" diameter equivalent culvert is necessary
to accommodate the flow under County Road 6 east of Dunkirk Lane, at the County
Ditch #15 crossing, and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Department of Public Works and City of Plymouth have
mutually agreed that the existing culvert should be replaced with a 60" diameter
equivalent culvert, and
WHEkZAS, the culvert replacement will benefit both parties, the County has agreed
to furnish the culvert material a. -d the City will arrange, through contract, for
installation,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners is hereby petitioned to take
necessary action to allow the City to replace the existing cuvlert at the County Road 6
and County Ditch #15 crossing, . located approximately 2251 east of Dunkirk Lane in the
City of Plymouth; and.to take any further appropriate action to allow the City to do
any related ditch cleaning to facilitate such culvert replacement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wi'-� duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
