The following members were presence' 1=iW9011IIt4ni1•:4iW1vIilg4W.41 -'-1PW.1;71W1-+a3At ng members were absent: •. iririr Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-397 CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 512 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 21. 1975. the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving 30th Avenue south of County Road 24 in the plat known as the Shiloh Addition to serve the properties legally described as Plat 43720 Parcel 7570 and Plat 43720 and Parcel 7597 by the installation of sanitary sewer and water main services and for previously installed water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities, WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MI 1. A hearing shall be held on the 8th day of !eptembr 1975 at the City Council Chambers in the City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with referenced to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two we—s prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt_ and S meth. The following votedago ainst orabstained: Co -vote. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. t**
