HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-396A0 ID W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as eci 1 meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of August , 1975 . The following members were present: Mayor HildeCoupcilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spapth- The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-396(a) DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT BELMAR INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has previously constructed water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTI 1. It is hereby determined that for water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities charges for the following described parcels of land are due: Lot 1, Block 1, Be1Mar Industrial Park 43882-4500 Outlot A, Be1Mar Industrial Park 43882-9000 The following assessment policy shall apply and the following charges shall be applied to the existing land use zoning: WATER Area Charges Residential $250.00 per k acre lot Commercial -Industrial $750.00 per acre 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde.
