CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseh ld on the 4th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:___

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 396
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE TO MC,-QUAY-PERFEX
TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH PLYMOUTH
BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION
WHEREAS, an application for an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
License has been received from Kenneth D. Wash on behalf of McQuay-Perfex,
13600 Industrial Park Blvd., pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth
. Code, and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with Plymouth's
Bicentennial Celebration on August 9 and 10,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License is hereby
approved for Kenneth D. Wash representing McQuay-Perfex, 13600 Industrial
Park Blvd., for August 9 and 10, 1975 in conjunction with Plymouth's
Bicentennial Celebration; and
FURTHER, that the license fee be waived.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci D ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: MaYor Hilde_ Cauneilmpn Hunt -
