Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
Of Auaust , 19_75_. The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 395
APPROVING NO PARKING ZONES, 19TH AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 101
AND MERRIMAC LANE; AND MERRIMAC LANE FROM 19TH AVENUE NORTH,
SOUTH TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE PLYMOUTH COLONY APARTMENTS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the residents and businesses in the vicinity of 19th Avenue North and
Merrimac Lane are greatly inconvenienced by parked cars during normal business
hours and at times, the delivery of mail has been hampered by parked cars in
this area, and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has recommended the designation of a No Parking Zone as
a solution to this problem;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following area be posted "No Parking, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.":
The north side of 19th Avenue North, between State Highway 101 and westerly
to Merrimac Lane; and the east side of Merrimac Lane, from the intersection
of 19th Avenue North, to the southerly property line (712.03 feet) of the
Plymouth Colony Apartment property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof --Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth.
Infollowing owvote against ora stained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dul37passed and adopted.
