10 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regglar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-394
PROJECT NO. 519 PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK 2ND ADDITION
REJECTING BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of sanitary sewer,
water main, storm sewer, and 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter
to the Playhouse Industrial Park 2nd Addition (located between Ranchview Lane and
Niagara Lane, south of T.H. 55) bids were received, opened and tabulated according
to law on July 7, 1975, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's adopted Ci1icy, the developer is required to
submit a development bond to cover the cost of said improvements, and
WHEREAS, the developer is unable to furnish the City with said bond,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC::. OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that all bids for Project No. 519 are hereby rejected. The City Engineer
is directed to inform the contractors who submitted bids as well as the developer
of the Playhouse Industrial Park 2nd Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co ncilman Nells ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the
