Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of tiie City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 4th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption; RESOLUTION NO. 75-393
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 520 12TH AVENUE FROM HARBOR LANE TO JUNEAU LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a'resolution of the Council adopted March 24, 1975, a report`
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with
reference to the improvement of 12th Avenue from Harbor Lane to Juneau Lane
by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, blacktop street with concrete
curb and gutter, and this report was received by the Council on August 4, 1975,
NOW THERERORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $54,346.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 18th day
of August, 1975 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building,
14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded oy
Coouunncilman�uet and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votes An favor thereof: _ Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
Neils and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained none.
