Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,t: regular _lameeting of the City
Council of .he City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseh ld on the 4th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

The following members were apsent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-392
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF OVERSIZING CREDIT
AMBER WOODS
WHEREAS, sanitary sewer credits in the amount of $10,418.31 were provided for
Dreyfus Interstate Development Corp. for the casts incurred in the construction
of a temporary lift station and force main to se-vi,e the Hughes -Johnson Additions, and
WHEREAS, said credits in the amour*-zf $10,4"18.31 were to be withheld until
public improvement projects were ordered for the Hughes -Johnson Additions,
WHEREAS, said Project 304 covering improvements co the Hughes -Johnson Additions
10 has been ordered and will be assessed in 1975,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Director is authorized to make payment to the Dreyfus
Interstate Development Corp. for $10,418.31 for san?t:ry sewer credits.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo :_ Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
Ine following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
