CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 4th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman S eth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-390(a)
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 402 NORTHEAST WATER MAIN
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. which provides for an extension of time from June 1,
1975 to July 31, 1975
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 1,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 requesting an extension of time by Erickson Brothers
. Contracting on Project No. 402, Northeast Water Trunk Main is approved and the revised
completion date for Project 402 is July 31, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
