CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgaulor meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-390
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. which provides for an extension of time from September 26,
1975 to October 26, 1975,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 3,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 requesting an extension of time by Berglund -Johnson, Inc.
on Project No. 302, Water Treatment Plant is approved and the revised completion date
for Project No. 302 is October 26, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: ouncilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth.
The following voted against orabstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.-
