CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Purs.:ant to due call and notice thereof, aire ulaarr meeting of the City
Council o. 5:.2 City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hi de Councilmen Hunt Neils and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-387
APPROVING RELEASE OF A LANDSCAPE ANn nRAINAGE BOND FOR STUDENT DORMITORY
BUILDING AT 3110 E. MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD FOR THE ASSOCIATION
OF FREE LUTHERAN CONGREGATIONS (A-462)
WHEREAS, the Association of Free Lutheran Congrega`ions has requested release
of the drainage and landscape bond for its student dormitory building at
3110 E. Medicine Lake Boulevard; and,
. WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected the drainage and landscaping on this property
and finds it to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in
agreement with the approved landscape plan for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the request of the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations
for release of the landscape and drainage bond for a student dormitory building
at 3110 E. Medicine Lake Boulevard is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
npilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
