CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of August , lg 75 . The following members were present:

ng members were absent:
Councilman SQaeth. introduced the following Resolution and
moved -Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-386
APPROVING RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE/DRAINAGE BOND FOR BELMAR BUILDERS OFFICE
BUILDING AT 3140 HARBOR LANE (A-441)
WHEREAS, Belmar Builders has requested release of the landscape and drainage
bond for its office building at 3140 Harbor Lane; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected- the landscaping and drainage on this property
and finds it to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in
agreement with the approved landscape plan for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Belmar Builders for release of the
landscape and drainage bond for a office building at 3140 Harbor Lane is
hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing voted In favor thereof-- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils and Spaeth.
The f flowing voted against or abstained; none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
