Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hela on the day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-385
APPROVING BOND RELEASE FOR NORTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR TELEPHONE
SWITCHING EQUIPMENT BUILDING AT 4150 FERNBROOK LANE (A-352)
WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company has requested release of the
landscape bond for its telephone switching equipment building at 4150 Fernbrook
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected the landscaping on this property and
40 finds it to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in agreement
with the approved landscape plan for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the request of Northwestern Bell Telephone Company for release
of the landscape bond for a telephone switching equipment building at
4150 Fernbrook Lane is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
Neils and Spaech.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
