CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the 4th day
of August 19 75 . The following members were present.
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth. '-
T•he following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-384
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR PUBLIC WORKS SITE --CITY OF
PLYMOUTH AT 23RD and NIAGARA LANE (A-606)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of their site plan
for the Public Works Site at the NE corner of 23rd Avenue North and Niagara
Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
• its approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the site plan
of the City of Plymouth for a Public Works site at the NE corner of 23rd
Avenue North and Niagara Lane.
FURTHER, that the extension of 23rd Avenue be limited to a gravel drive
joining into the gravel drive to the water treatment plant and that they
be of similar construction and quality.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
uncilman Hunt ', and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Mpaslis'-ed and adopted.
