HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-383CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of August , 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor e, ounc men Hunt, Neils, and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman SeIbOld Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-383 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR HARWOOD B. HEGGEN (A-624) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to divide Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision Number 333, Hennepin County, Minnesota subject to easement of record for street purposes, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct.the following actions prior to recording of said Subdivision Waiver: I. Payment by the petitioner of $150 cash fees -in -lieu for Park Dedication purposes. 2. Conveyance to the City of all necessary drainage, utility and street easements as required by the City Engineer. Along the southerly boundary of Parcel B there shall be a 25 foot street right-of-way easement. (Written easements.) 3. The street configuration be designed as per Exhibit C of the Staff Report of July 10, 1975 providing for a 130' width for Parcel A with a 40' cul-de-sac at the southwest corner of the parcel for access. 4. A realignment of lot lines as proposed by Staff to effect a total of 16,918 square feet for Parcel A. FURTHER, that the petitioner be and the same hereby is informed as follows: I. Utility service extensions if required within the subject parcel as well as utility service stubs shall be at owner's expense. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
