Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 4th day of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR HARWOOD B. HEGGEN,(A-624)
WHEREAS, Harwood B. Heggen, owner of Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision Number
333, Hennepin County, Minnesota, has requested that this parcel be further
subdivided; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said
parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with
the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and
that a refusal to permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship
on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
Parcel A The West 130 feet of Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision Number 333,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to easement of record for
street purposes.
Parcel B The East 813.8 feet of Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision Number 333,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare a certified copy of
this resolution for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
