CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was el on the 28th day
of July , 19 75 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: none.
Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-380
ACCEPTING THE 1974 AUDIT AS PREPARED BY MOEN AND PENTTILA, DATED MAY 15, 1975
WHEREAS, this Council has received and reviewed the 1974 financial statement and
audit prepared by Moen and Penttila, dated May 15, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the financial report prepared by the City's finance staff and the
audit of said statement as prepared by Moen and Penttila be and the same is hereby
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng vote n favor t ereo : Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.
e following voted against or abstained; none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
