Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-379
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF PLAT 43734. PARCEL 4591
TO THE CITY FOR USE BY THE SUNSET HILL PTA, AS A WILDLIFE NATURE CENTER
WHEREAS, the Sunset Hill Parent Teacher Association has made request to the
City of Plymouth for the use of Plat 43734, Parcel 4591, currently a tax forfeit
parcel owned by the State of Minnesota, for purposes of creating a wildlife nature
center, and
WHEREAS. the said parcel must first be conveyed to the City of Plymouth for use
by the Sunset Hill Parent Teacher Association, subject to the approval of the
Hennepin County Board and the Minnesota Commissioner of Revenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that staff make application to Hennepin County for the co"veyvnce of
Plat 43734, Parcel 4591 to the City of Plymouth for use by the Sunset Hitt Parent
Teacher Association as a wildlife nature center.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
