CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 28th day
of.19 75. The following members were present:

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 75-378
PETITIONING HENNEPIN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
TO TAKE ACTION TO REPLACE EXISTING CULVERT
WHEREAS, the existing culvert under County Road 6 east of Dunkirk Lane and both
the County of Hennepin and City of Plymouth are desirous of having it replaced with
a larger culvert, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan,
dated March, 1973, and
WHEREAS, this plan indicates that a"54" diameter equivalent culvert is necessary
is
to accommodate the flow under County Road 6 east of Dunkirk Lane, and
WHEREAS, said culvertis a part of County Ditch No. 15,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners is hereby petitioned
to take the necessary action to replace the existing culvert on County Road No. 6
approximately 225 feet east of Dunkirk Lane in the City of Plymouth; and to take
any further appropriate action such as related ditch cleaning to facilitate such
culvert replacement.
