Councilman';Hwt introduced the following Resolution and
moved itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-370
APPROVING TAXI -CAB DRIVERS LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth `has received applications for Taxi -Cab Drivers
:.
Licenses from'the following listed persons in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 8 of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY` RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,;
MINNESOTA that the following list oT persons be granted Taxi -Cab Drivers Licenses
for a period to expire December 31, 1975.
William John Brantz
Morton B. Phillips, Jr.
Albert Sylvester Anderson

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc,iman Neils , and upon vote being taken -thereon, the

oFrrow- ing vote3 in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen,Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.
