APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSES k
WHEREAS, applications for Small Disposal System Licenses from the following
have been presented to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
CF-oter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code,
Coolbroth-Sitton Septic Tanks, Inc.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CGUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Small Disposal System Licenses be approved for the above applicants
for a period to expire April 30. 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof:.— Wor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
