CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 21st day
of July , 19 75. The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt, introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-368
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE FOR WILLIE'S RUBBISH REMOVAL
3042 BOONE AVENUE, ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, the firm listed below has submitted an application for Garbage Hauler
License to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 14,
City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB" RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the applicatior, for Garbage Hauler License of the firm listed below
be approved for the license period April 1, 1975 through March 31, 1976.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
