• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 21st day
July of Ju, 19 75 The following members were present:
Mayor HiTde,ou"—C ncfm—en Hu-nf-,-Weils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: none.
Councilman Hunt• introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-367
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSE FOR JITUFF'S PIZZERIA,
11155 STATE HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from Latuff's
Pizzeria, 11155 State Highw.,ty 55, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6,
of the City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Cigarette License application.for the above listed be approved
for the period January 1, 1975 through December 31, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof:, yor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
10 Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: n
