CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of July , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 366
1976 BASSETT CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission has submitted to this
Council its proposed 1976 Budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said Budget,
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Manager be instructed to provide within the 1976 City
General Fund Budget the sum of $16,794 representing Plymouth's share of the
proposed 1976 Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission Budget.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth. Mavor Hilde, Councilman Hunt. Seibold
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
