Pursuant to due call and notice 'thereof, a��, meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth,, Minnesota, was hel on a 21st day of

DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND .ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT -r.
PROJECT NO. 512
IiHEREAS, a contract has'been let: for the iagrovement of 30th Avenue south of`County
Road 24 in the plat known as the Shiloh Addition to serve the properties legally
described as plat 43720 parcel 7570 and plat 43720 parcel 7597 by the installation
of sanitary sewer and water main services and, the contract price for such improvement
is $5600.00 and the expenses incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$ O Do so that the total cost ` of the improvement will be $ 5600.00 and
of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED' BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $ 5600.00.
2. It isfurther determined that the following charges for water trunk Main,
pumping and storage facilities for the above. referenced project shall be -
applied to theexistingland use zoning:
WATER
Area Charges
_ Residential $250 per acre lot
Commercial -Industrial $750 per acre
3. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate;
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard:
to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public inspection.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
