1975'seal;coating project and 'payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILOFTHE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment to Allied Blacktop in the,
amount of ;9.3,564.10 for the work completed on the 1975 seal coating project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote, being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution
was duly.passed and adopted.
