Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re9ula.r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 21st day

Councilman -Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. :75-357
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 10
PROJECT NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF oLYMM,
MINNESOTA; that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 10
in the amount of $41,660.00 to Berglund -Johnson, Inc. on Project No. 302, Water
Treatment Plant.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
