CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of ��July , 19 75 The following members were present:
Ma or��H11de, Cou— nc-Tmen Hunt, -Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: none.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-354(a)
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR GREENWOOD BAPTIST CHURCH
TO OPERATE A DAY CARE CENTER AT 3120 DUNKIRK LANE (A-374)
WHEREAS, Greenwood Baptist Church has requested renewal of their conditional
use permit to operate a day care center at 3120 Dunkirk Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Greenwood Baptist
Church to receive a renewal of its Conditional Use Permit to pperate a Day Care
Center at 3120 Dunkirk Lane for a period of one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor t ereo yor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
