ACCEPTING BID ON 36TH
AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT - PROJECT NO. 516
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of 36th Avenue
from Zachary Lane to the west line of the Mission Ridge Plat (west line of the
East 12 of the Southwest 4 o` t!.e Southeast 4, Section 14) by the construction of
bituminous streets rural section and necessary appurtenances,bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Matt Bullock Contracting, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota
is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Matt Bullock Contracting, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota in the
name of the City of Plymouth for the improvement of 36th Avenue from Zachary
Lane to the west line of the Mission Ridge plat (west line of the East z of
the Southwest 4 of the Southeast k„ Section 14) by the construction of bituminous
streets rural section and necessary appurtenances according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office
of the City Clerk, in the amount of $22,586.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders
the deposits made with their bide, except that the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
