21ST AND KILMER AND COUNTY ROAD 9 SERVICE ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of 1) 21st Avenue
from Lancaster Lane to Kilmer Lane and Kilmer Lane from 21st Avenue to 19th Avenue by
the installation of water main, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances, and
2) the improvement of the service road on the north side of -County Road 9 between Nathan
Lane and County Road 18 by the installation of water main, street restoration and all
nece$$Bary appurtenances, bids were received opened and tabulated according to law,
and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS. it appears that Parrott Construction of Shakopee. Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Parrott Construction of Shakopee. Minnesota in the name of the City
of Plymouth for the improvement of 1) 21st Avenue from Lancaster Lane to Kilmer Lane
and Kilmer Lane from 21st Avenue to 19th Avenue by the installation of water main.
street restoration and all necessary appurtenances and 2) the improvement of the service
road on the north side of County Road 9 between Nathan Lane and County Road 18 by
the installation of water main, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and
on file in the office of the City Clerk in the low bid amount of $37,989.45. V
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
