Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-341
ACCEPTING STREETS AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE WOOD CREEK ADDITION
FOR CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE (A-305)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers, Developer of the Wood Creek Addition, have entered into
a Development Contract for the Wood Creek Addition, File A-305, dated May 7, 1973,
for the installation of streets and utilities for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has notified the City that all said required street and
utility improvements including sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer have
been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the aforementioned improvements and finds
them to be in conformance to the approved plans and specifications and recommends
them to the Council for final approval and acceptance.
NCW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the streets and utility improvements (sanitary sewer, water main,
and storm sewer) in the Wood Creek Addition, File A-305, are hereby accepted by
the City of Plymouth for continual maintenance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing vote in avor t ereo ---Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold.
The following voted against or abstained: Counc man Spaeth a s a ne .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
