CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day
of Ju , 19yrL_. The following members were present:

Co ncilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 338-A
=AUTHORIZING NECESSARY WORK DONE TO CORRECT MINOR DRAINAGE PROBLEMS AT THE
BOHL PROPERTY AT COUNTY ROAD 15 AND JUNEAU LANE AND ALSO AT THE NW CORNER OF 26TH AVENUE
AND T.H. 101
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted policy on correcting minor drainage
problems dated July 7, 1975, and
WHEREAS, there are certain areas which are in need of corrective work and can be
corrected by implementation of said policy,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA, that the Public Works Department is authorized to have the necessary
work done to correct the minor drainage problems at the following locations:
1. Bohl property at County Road 15 and Juneau Lane
2. Northwest corner of 26th Avenue and T.H. 101
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
.following voted in favor thereof--. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.
Tne following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
