Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-337
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
SANITARY SEWER, WATER MAIN AND BITUMINOUS STREETS
OLIVE LANE BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 6 AND 19TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July 2, 1975, a report has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference
to the improvement of Olive Lane between County Road 6 and 19th Avenue North by
the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, and bituminous streets and all necessary
appurtenances including previously installed trunk sanitary sewer and water main
facilities and this report was received by the Council on July 7, 1975,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated cost of $113,220.93.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21st day
of July, 1975 in the auditorium of the Wayzata Senior High School, 305 Vicksburg
Lane at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement.as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
