CITY OF PLYFIOUTH
. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, f4innesota, was held on the 7th _day
of July 1975 The following members wrere present: _
_Magor Hilde Councilmen Neils._5eibold and Spaeth _
the folla.,inq meember3 were absent: Councilman Hunt,
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75- 334
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE TRUCK RENTAL BUSINESS
AT THE NE CORNER OF ANNAPOLIS LANA AND HIGHWAY 55

WHEREAS, Ryder Truck Rental, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional
Use permit to rent straight axle trucks from the Texaco station at the
corner of Annapolis Lane and State Highway 55, and;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
Its approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request
of Ryder Truck Rental, Inc. to rent straight axle trucks at said location
subject to the following conditions:
1. No parking of rental vehicles closer than 15 feet to the property line.
2. No signs be permitted, r
3. No mote than four (4) rental trucks be parked on the site at one time.
4. Rental trucks only and no rental trailers.
5. Permit be granted for one year and subject to annual review.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor t ereo ayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold, Neils and
Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paMd and adopted.
