RESOLUTION #75-333
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OFFICES FOR J.C.
PENNEY PROPERTIES AT 13th AVENUE NORTH AND XENIUM LANE{A-598}
WHEREAS, J. C. Penney Properties has requested a Conditional Use Permit
to allow 10,032 square feet of office use at 13th Avenue North and Xenium
Lane, and;
WHEIREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
its approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve said Conditional
Use Permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duoy seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopted.
