CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
July , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Mayor Vilde introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 75-332-A
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT OF LANDTECH MANAGEMENT CORPORATION
TO OPERATE A MONTESSORI SCHOOL/DAY CARE CENTER
IN "THE PLACE" APARTMENT COMPLEX (A-114)
WHEREAS, Landtech Management Corporation has requested a Conditional Use Permit
to operate a Montessori School/Day Care Center in "The Place" apartment complex, and
WHEREAS, thePlymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has made
a recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the request of Landtech Management Corporation for a Conditional
Use Permit to operate a Montessori Schuol/Day Care Center in "The Place" apartment
complex be and the same hereby is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. No outdoor sign.
2. Total enrollment limited to 40.
3. Certification as required by appropriate governmental agencies.
4. A plan for the fenced play area be submitted to Staff for approval.
5. Permit is for one year.
6. That the Conditibnal Use Permit approval recognizes that the
petitioner is proceeding at his own risk for any cost of altering
the premises for this function should said permit not be renewed
in subsequent years.
7. That no students from outside the complex be enrolled.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
