CITY OF PLYMOUTH
10 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on We 7th day of
July , 19_155. The following members were present:
Mayor Hildde Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 75-330
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR ORLAN S. BOARQMRN (A-620)
WHEREAS, Orlan S. Boardman, owner of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northwest li4 of Section 13, T. 118, R. 22, except the north 400 feet thereof
has requested that this parcel be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, Vie City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said parcel
. which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes
of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a refusal to
permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13,
T. 118, R. 22 lying South of the North 400 feet thereof and lying Easterly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said North 1/2 distant 570
feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North parallel to
the Eastline •of said North 1/2 a distance of 74.35 feet; thence
deflecting right 450 a distance of 84.85 feet; thence deflecting
left 450 to the South line of the North 400 feet of said North 1/2
and there terminating.
PARCEL B
That part of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13,
T. 118, R. 22 described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South line of said North 1/2 distant 570 feet
. West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North parallel to the East
line of said North 1/2 a distance of 74.35 feet to the point of beginning;

thence deflecting left 450 a distance of 84.85 feet to the intersection
with a line parallel with and 134.35 feet North of the South line of
said North 1/2;:thence West along said parallel line to the West line
of said North 1/2; thence North along said West line to the South line
of the North 400 feet of said North 1/2; thence East along said South
line to a point distant 510 feet West of the Southeast corner of said
North 400 feet; thence South to a point distant 60 feet North and
60 feet East of the point of beginning; thence Southwest to the point
of beginning and there terminating.
PARCEL C
That part of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13,
T. 118, R. 22 lying South and West of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said North 1/2 distant 570 feet
West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North para1161 to the East
line of said North 1/2 a distance of 74.35 feet; thence deflecting left
450 a distance of 84.85 feet to the intersection with a line parallel
with and 134.35 feet North of the South line of said North 1/2; thence
West along said parallel line to the West line of said North 1/2 and
there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare a certified copy of this
resolution for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
