r' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
July 119 75 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 75-329
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR WORLD CARPETS AT NIAGARA LANE
AND 21ST AVENUE NORTH. (A-621)
WHEREAS, World Carpets has requested approval of their site plan at the NE corner of 4,
Niagara Lane and 21st Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended its approval, .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the site plan for World Carpets at the
NE corner of Niagara Lane and 21st Avenue North subject to the following conditions
10 1. No drive access to Niagara Lane.
2. No setback variances for the building be allowed.
3. Recommendations of the City Engineer be made a part of this recommendation as
to utilities, easements and sizing and drainage.
4. Recommendations of the Fire Chief be made d part of this recommendation.
5. Posting of a landscape and drainage bond to the City prior to issuance of a
building permit.
6. Recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission be made a part
of this recommendation, i.e. $2,250.00 (4.5 acres X $500.00).
7. No parking be allowed in the required setbacks.
8. Proposed tot division lines and access to 21st Avenue North be shown on the
plan for information to the City Council.
9. All waste and garbage storage areas to be located within the building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Ssaibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
