CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day
of July 19 75 The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 75 -328 -
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE - Sylvester J. Rudolph
WHEREAS, Sylvester J. Rudolph has submitted an application for an
Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to operate an off -sale
liquor store at 3435 North County Road 18, Plymouth, MN
55441, and
. WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 7, 1975
with regard to said application "in accordance wiah Chapter
III, Sections 4.11 and 4.14 of the City Code,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that, subject to the approval of the State
Liquor Control Commissioner, an Off -Sale Intoxicating
Liquor License is hereby granted to Sylvester J. Rudolph
to operate his business known as Highway Liquors located
at 3435 North County Road 18, Plymouth, MN 55441,.and FURTHER
that the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License issued to
Helen T. Hathaway, dba Highway Liquors, 3435 North County
Road 18, shall be cancelled on the date of issuance of
said Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Sylvester J.
Rudolph.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
