CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 7th day
of July 1975 . The following members were present:

VACATION OF 12th AVENUE NORTH WITHIN LOT 1. BLOCK 1, LITTON. ADDITION
(A-527)
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate 12th Avenue North within Lot 1, Block 1,
Litton Addition was received by the City Council from the property owners;
and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 7, 1975 in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes 412.851, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, notice of publication was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of July 7, 1975; and,
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 7, 1975 to consider
any and all interested parties relative to the vacation of 12th Avenue North
within Lot 1, Block 1 of the Litton Addition; and,
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that 12th Avenue North is
not needed for a public street within Lot 1, Block 1, Litton Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that 12th Avenue North within Lot 1, Block 1, Litton
Addition is hereby vacated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
