CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day

introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-327
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
SANITARY SEWER, WATER MAIN AND BITUMINOUS STREETS
OLIVE LANE BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 6 AND 19TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Olive Lane between County Road 6 and 19th Avenue
North by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main and bituminous streets and
all necessary appurtenances including previously installed trunk sanitary sewer
and water main facilities and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended).
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates. Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost Gf
the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
