ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
PINETREE POND STORM SEWER OUTLET
WHEREAS, it is proposed
to construct certain -storm sewer facilities
in the
Storm Drainage District
known as Hadley'Lake as per the City

March 1973 in order to provide a storm
water outlet for the

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. for study and updating of previously prepared reports and that
he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt, :and upon -vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
