Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
mo;ed its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-325
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSE

WHEREAS, an application for Small Disposal System License from Marty Brothers
has been presented to the City Council for approval in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that Small Disposal System License be approved for Marty '
Ilk Brothers for a period to expire April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byi it and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof; —Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Seaaeth
e following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
