Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s i 1 meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day
of June , 1975 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-324
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor Licenses have been received from the attached list of applicants
(see Appendix A), for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City .
Council, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses be
renewed for the listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman S aethand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof—.—Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
