CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetir3 of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day
of June 1975 . The following members were present:

RESOLUTION 10. 75-322
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MAL': LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liq;ior License
has been recieved from James A. Doherty, for J's Pizza, 3�3i County
Road 18, for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council,
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be issued
to James A. Doherty, for J's Pizza, 3431 County Road 18, for a period
to expire June 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
