RESOLUTION NO. 75-315
ACCEPTING BIDS
PROJECT NO. 417 IMPERIAL HILLS 6TH ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 502 MAPLEDELL'ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 517 14AOLECREEK'ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the following
projects:
A.Pro ect 502 1) an extension of the portion of the South district Sanitary Sewer
n erceptor from the intersection of 27th Avenue and Dunkirk Lane then easterl
approximately 1400 feet then northerly 1700 feet to point 51A (Mapledell Trunk *as
shown on the report of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota dated
1972 and ori 2) Comstock Lane, 29th -Avenue and Black Oakv*Lane all within the Mapledell
First Addition by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main, draina9e structures,
and 7 ton bituminous streets with curbing and all necessary appurtenances,
B. Project 517 Streets in the Maple Creek plat by the installation of sanitary sewer,
water ma n, 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and necessary
storm drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances,
C. Project417 24th Avenue North and T.H. 101 in Imperial Hills 6th Addition by the -
installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and 7 ton bituminous sti-eets
with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary'appurtenances,
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY
RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter in the attached
contract with G.L. Contracting, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the improvement of:
Project 502 1) an extension of the portion of the South District Sanitary Sewer
Interceptor -- from the interesection of 27th Avenue and Dunkirk Lane then easterly
approximately 1400 feet then northerly 1700 feet to point 51A (Mapledell Trunk) as
shown on the report of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota dated
1972 and 2) on Comstock Lane, 29th Avenue, and Black Oaks Lane all within the
Mapledell First Addition by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main, drainage
structures 4d 7 ton bituminous streets with curbing and all necessary appurtenances,
Project 417 24th Avenue North and T.H. 101 in Imperial Hills 6th Addition by the
01 instal�n of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and 7 ton bituminous streets
with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances,
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and
on file in the office of the City Clerk for a total contract amount of $369,609.25.
2. Section B, Maple Creek Addition, Project 517, is not awarded.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders
the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
inr rutiuw,ng vutea against or aostainea: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
