Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption RESOLUTION NO. 75-309'
BOND RELEASE CAREY ADDiTIOlt
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has entered into a Development Contract with Francis
Carey for the Carey Addition dated June 21, 1971, and
WHEREAS, under this Development Contract the developer was ,required to docertain work 4
as outlined under Paragraph 16b and posted a certificate of deposit in the amount of i<
$1,950.00 to cover these items, ;
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested that said certificate of deposit be released.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said requirements and recommends that the
certificate of deposit be released, r
r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, '
MINNESOTA that the certificate of deposit in the amount of $1,950.00 is hereby reduced
to $0.00 for the Carey Addition and the Finance Director is authorized to return said .
certificate of deposit to Mr. Francis Carey.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted to avor thereof
