Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council f the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, waheld on the loth day
of - 19__a. The following members were present:
Mayor Hi de Councilmen Hunt, Neilg, Seibold and Spaeth
The o awing mem ers were absent: none
Qouneilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-3o8
BOND RELEASE
WHEREAS, Busse Construction Company of Belle Plain, Minnesota has on file with
the City of Plymouth a bond in the amount of $5,000.00 covering street usage during
street construction in the City of.Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, Busse Construction has completed said work without any apparent damage
to any streets that were utilized for his construction operation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Bond No. 13-8063-74 issued by United States Fidelity and Guaranty
Company to Busse Construction Company, Inc., Belle Plain, Minnesota in the amount
• of $5,000.00, dated July 9, 1974 is hereby released by the City of Plymouth. '

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an adopted.
