RESOLUTION NO. 75- 302
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF 12TH AVENUE NORTH WITHIN `r
LOT '1, BLOCK 1, LITTON ADDITION`
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A.'414.8511 the Litton Systems company !:ds yeti
tioned the City'Council for vacation of 12th Avenue North as-located'in;
upon and across Lot 1, Block 1, Litton Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
and being more specifically described as an area -lying 33 feet on eibhlr
side of the North line of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22, and "
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYPOF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of
July 7, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. at the Council` Chambers, Public Works Building,
as the time and place for the public hearing on, saidpetition, and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by
law.. _
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
